Recovery

In the case a vehicle is undrivable or deemed unsafe to drive then we will recover it free of charge within the British Isles.

All customers will receive an AA voucher which they must validate, this will get their vehicle recovered to their home address at which point we are then able to organise having the vehicle picked up.

Once the vehicle repairs have been carried out it will then be down to the owner to collect, delivery can be arranged but will be charged.

Parts Covered

All mechanical and electrical parts are covered against mechanical breakdown on the vehicle as long as they are factory fitted parts. Cylinder blocks, gearboxes and rear axles will be covered provided they have been damaged by a mechanical breakdown of one of the parts covered.

Timing belts will only be covered if there is proof that the manufacturers recommendations have been complied with and they are free from oil contamination.

• Sunroof panels
• Seats
• Carpets
• Seat Belts
• Wiper Arms and Blades
• Wheels and Tyres (including wheel alignment/balancing)
• Air Conditioning
• Central Locking
• Key Fobs

Consumable and Serviceable Parts

Including wear and tear

• Brake discs
• Brake pads
• Brake linings/shoes
• Burnt out clutch

All service parts and other parts that are subject to routine maintenance or periodic repair including but not limited to:

• Plugs
• Points
• Condensers
• Distributor caps
• Rotor arms
• HT leads
• Filters

Supplies such as:

unless they are required as a direct result of the failure of the covered part.

• Oils
• Filters
• Brake Fluid
• ATM Fluid
• Anti-Freeze

The clearing of:

• Fuel Lines filters
• Carburetors
• Fuel Injection Systems
• Pumps/Nozzles due to Contamination
