All of our used vehicles are supplied with a comprehensive three months/three-thousand-mile major component warranty of up to £1000 per claim. We will provide cover for mechanical breakdown of certain parts during the period of cover, up to the limit shown above. An Additional Warranty of up to 12 months (based on certain qualification criteria) is available at extra cost.
Please note: Any cars that are rejected by the customer are subject to a fair use 80 mile test drive allowance. Any mileage over this will be charged at 75p a mile.
In the case a vehicle is undrivable or deemed unsafe to drive then we will recover it free of charge within the British Isles.
All customers will receive an AA voucher which they must validate, this will get their vehicle recovered to their home address at which point we are then able to organise having the vehicle picked up.
Once the vehicle repairs have been carried out it will then be down to the owner to collect, delivery can be arranged but will be charged.
All mechanical and electrical parts are covered against mechanical breakdown on the vehicle as long as they are factory fitted parts. Cylinder blocks, gearboxes and rear axles will be covered provided they have been damaged by a mechanical breakdown of one of the parts covered.
Timing belts will only be covered if there is proof that the manufacturers recommendations have been complied with and they are free from oil contamination.
